Mekong Shamrocks GAA

Mekong Shamrocks GAA is based in Vientiane and is the first Gaelic Games club established in Laos. Founded in 2025, the club brings together Lao, Irish and international players in a welcoming sporting community.

The club supports the growth of Gaelic football in Laos through regular training and regional competition. Mekong Shamrocks represented Laos at the Asian Gaelic Games and continues to welcome both experienced players and complete beginners.
